1. How do I contact Roselle Pearls?

Please go to the "Contact Us" section of the website and fill out the form, we will try to contact you as soon as possible once we receive your message, normally, within 24 hours.

2. Do you have a catalogue?

No, we do not produce a catalogue, we add new products straight to the website and please visit our website regularly for the most up to date range and pricing. Or why not just register with us and we will keep you updated on new products by email and send you discount coupon from time to time.

3. How do I place order?

All of the items you see on our website are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, enter the right quantity in the box and click"add to basket". And then you can either go back to continue shopping or proceed to check out.

4. Can I place an order by phone?

No, we are an internet-only boutique. However, please feel free to contact us by filling in the "Contact Us" form or send by an email (info@rosellepearls.co.uk) if you have any queries or require any assistance with placing your order.

5. Which credit cards do you accept? or Do you accept other payment method?

We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Visa. If you have difficulties making payment on line, we also accept UK bank transfer or Cheque payment, please contact us for bank details.

6. Is it safe to pay on-line from Roselle Pearls' website?

Yes, the purchase area of our site is totally secure. We use HSBC E-payment system to collect funds. The website uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including your name, address and sensitive date (i.e. credit or debit card details)

7. How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place the order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered account with "processed" status. Once the item is despatched, you will then receive a confirmation email from us with the order status being changed to "completed". At any time, should you wish to check the order status, please feel free to send us an email (info@rosellepearls.co.uk) quoting your order number (in your confirmation email), and we will give your full update about your order status.

8. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and you are entitled to a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings. Please contact us if you want to cancel the order.

9. What are the delivery charges?

Please refer to the delivery information section for detailed information.

10. How long will my order take to arrive?

If your item is in stock we aim to have it packaged and despatched within 2-3 days. If you item is made to order or out of stock, we will email you to advise the estimated delivery dates. Should you need an order quickly, please contact us.

11. How is my jewellery gift packaged?

Every item you buy from our website will be packed in a deluxe presentation box with our name which is ideal for gifts. It will also come with authenticity card and pearl care card and matching carrying bag.

12. I have received a gift and I don't like it, Can I return that to you?

Unfortunately, we are only able to deal with gifts return with the original purchaser of the goods. If you are unhappy with the gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a full refund.

13. Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes, we can deliver to a different address other than your billing address. However, it takes longer than usual to process the order due to the credit approval. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we suspect the fraud.

14. Do prices include VAT?

Yes, All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include the UK sales tax.(VAT).
