Our 30-day return policy gives you time to consider your purchase or gift. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any pearl jewellery purchase in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or an exchange. (Pearl jewellery that has been modified, altered, resized, or shows signs of wear or use and earrings can not be accepted for refunds). Please refer to relevant section in
